We want you to love your Me Time in a Box and all Kirsty Olivia Self Care products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our self-care boxes and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we’ll happily make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed your issue, we may offer a full or partial refund or a replacement product — depending on the situation. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, just drop us a email us at metimebox07@gmail.com
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin preparing your box with love and care, so we’re unable to cancel beyond that point.
