Hi, I’m Kirsty – mum of four, self-care cheerleader, and founder of Kirsty Olivia Self Care.

I created this brand because I know firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in motherhood, busy days, and never-ending to-do lists. Somewhere between the school runs, packed lunches, and bedtime stories, I realised I’d forgotten about me.

That’s when I started reclaiming tiny moments of calm — and it changed everything. A warm cup of tea, a lit candle, five quiet minutes with a journal… small rituals that reminded me I mattered too.

Kirsty Olivia Self Care was born out of that realisation — that self-care isn’t selfish, it’s survival. And it’s something we all deserve, especially us mums.

Through Me Time in a Box and my growing range of feel-good products like mugs, notebooks, pens and coaching my mission is simple:

To help you fill your cup first.

To give you permission to pause.

And to remind you that you are worthy of love, rest, and joy — just as you are.

This is more than a brand. It’s a movement.
